Advanced Skills for the Practical Trainer

NOTE: We strongly recommend completing HybriLearn’s The Practical Trainer workshop before taking this course.

Behind every spectacular training session is a lot of preparation and meticulous attention to detail. A truly skilled trainer can make a programme exciting. Learners will have fun while they are learning if the facilitator can involve their emotions and minds.

Forms and tools are included to help implement four levels of evaluation. Students will also prepare and present their own training demonstrations.
